He is inspired by great representatives of renaissance, baroque, neoclassic and orientalist movements such as Michelangelo, Caravaggio, Bernini, Bouguereau and Jean-Léon Gérôme.

His early works concentrated to the themes such as bodyscapes, classical ballet backstages, fictionalised scenes of ballet and nature.
